Krystal Ixtapa All Inclusive, Ixtapa (Guerrero)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to town and right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and attentive, making us feel welcomed. However, the dining was a letdown, particularly the all-inclusive food which was quite bland and unappetizing. The facilities themselves were decent, but I did find that the rooms could use some updates and maintenance. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its flaws.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Jesus, who made our days at the beach so enjoyable. However, the dining options left something to be desired, as the food was just okay, and there could be more variety. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a family vacation.
